Two companies have received invitations to present to a panel of angels and our VPTC+CVG audience to prove their worthiness of private equity funding.

About The Program
This unique educational event gives the growth company a clear view of one path for raising funds in the early stage of their development. The panelists are angels from the region and the companies that present are actually prospecting for funds. The audience gets the opportunity to see inside the process in order to appreciate the elements of a successful fund raising effort. The business plans, executive summaries, presentations and evaluations are a live example of the equity raising process.
How Did The Companies Qualify?
Companies submitted their executive summary, business plan and business presentation to an experienced Review Board. The selected companies were then asked to present before the Virginia Active Angel Network.
Previously, participating companies have succeeded in securing private equity funding, and/or debt financing, enlisting strategic partners and/or discovering alternative funding sources from these Live-Fire Forums.
