Join us as we learn how to Mountain Bike.... indoors!
Don't even ride a bike? Neither do we! When else would you ever try mountain biking on your own? Come with Bravehearts and take a risk to try something new!
This is a special WOMEN ONLY weekend at Rays an indoor mountain biking course in Milwaukee, WI so there will be no smelly guys there doing crazy BMX tricks :)
Rays has a course for EVERY level of rider. Yes, even level zero! There is a Novice course and you can slowly work your way up throughout the day as your desire for new challenges increases (or not!).
Come with a friend and you can share the bike for the day and split the rental fee but still enjoy the experience!
Helmets, shin guards and elbow guards are free (but if you have your own bring those). Wear layers as it is cold inside the building when you are not riding (pants and a sweatshirt over shorts and t-shirt should be sufficient) and wear gym shoes, or shoes with a rubber sole.
We will meet at Willow Creek in Parking Lot F near the Activity Center at 7:45am and be on the road by 8am (don't be late!). We will arrive around Rays around 10am and plan to leave around 12:30pm/1pm to get lunch together. Lunch will be purchased separately OR you are welcome to pack a lunch. We plan to be back around 4:30pm. You are also welcome to meet us at Rays at 10am in your own vehicle.
