Programming for Non-Programmers for Parents and Kids
Saturday March 9th from 10 am - 12 pm
Presented by General Assembly + CoderDojo
There has been a growing consensus among parents that kids should be taught how to code. Coding is the way of the future and kids are easily able to pick up the basics of computer programming. The instructors will be introducing your kids to Scratch, a programming language that teaches the concepts of programming to young children through the use of animation and games. All children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent so please register both yourself and your child. This class is appropriate for children 7-15 years old.
None. A laptop is required for this class.
