What’s in that MRIS print-out anyway? 

Are there code words?  Does your Realtor even know what they mean? 

At our February meeting, we’re going to take-apart a few of those print-outs to look for signs that there might be a good deal hiding in excessive text. 

Ellie Hitte of Long & Foster will show you where to find the obvious (seller closing help, days on the market, pricing history) and the not so obvious (needs work, vacant, seller relocating.) 

And, there are actually at least four different print-out formats available to your agent; only one is restricted from being furnished to prospective buyers.  Which one has the most detail and how do you get it?  If you’re serious about finding deals among the thousands of listed properties, this is a must-attend program.  As always, our meetings are part informational and part networking.
