Procrastination….what does it mean….let me think about it…..leave it with me….

Joking apart, some people just seem able to make decisions…others need time.

But do we have the luxury of time these days? More importantly, we sometimes just defer making decisions because we simply don’t like making decisions. It puts us on the spot!

This short informal workshop has the intention of allowing you to reflect on how you think and behave when faced by decisions or action. And, more importantly, go away with an idea or two to change the way you manage this awkward aspect of behaviour.

Developmental objectives

By the end of the workshop you will

q       Have considered what causes procrastination

q       Know a few of the “side-effects” on your performance of procrastination

q       Take away one or two practical techniques for breaking through procrastination.

We are delighted to welcome Don Garford an independent trainer, with a lengthy background in the NHS, as our presenter of this topic.
