Vans Biscuit class

Build the right foundation for making and baking these paradoxically simple but
difficult-to get-right quick breads. In this class, you’ll learn baking basics such
as ingredient portioning as well as how to properly mix the dough to using your
intuition to tell when the biscuits should be ushered out of the oven and in to your
mouth!

You will receive one-on-one attention to literally get a feel for the ideal dough
consistency, texture and temperature.

At the end of class, you’ll enjoy the baked fruits of your labor with Biscuit Bender
house-made jams, including the infamous and all so versatile bacon-bourbon
jam. Coffee and tea will be provided to wash it all down. Your extra biscuits will
go home with you to bake and show off to your friends for brunch.
