·         Larry Chester, P.Eng.,MBA has been providing strategy formulation and deployment, business process improvement, and training and development consulting services to senior human resource and corporate management since 1980. Prior to forming Process Design Consultants Inc., Mr. Chester was a partner in a Toronto-based training & development company, a Vice-President in an international management consulting firm and Sales and Marketing Vice President for a major sales and distribution company.

 

·         Robin Machanda has been Senior Manger (HR Strategic Initiatives & Employee Development) at Scotiabank since September 2005. He provides key development solutions and project implementations: needs analysis, program design/delivery, development frameworks, measurement strategies, client partnerships, including sourcing/ attraction of talent.
