Also, we wanted to inform you of an opportunity for Christians to 'speak their peace' prior to the EMC Tour in the DC area, through worship and witness that will be happening in DC on March 7 at noon and early afternoon.  Christian Peace Witness is planning worship services in DC, remembering and learning anew the ways of the Prince of Peace. Then they will carry the public witness to the halls of government power, calling our leaders to embody values fundamental to the Christian tradition—and shared in other traditions—that truly make for communities of prosperity, security, and justice.
