After you complete your form, the Camp Royal Committee will send you an e-mail with the Camper Agreement for you, your parent or guardian, and your Sponsoring Rotary Club to sign, along with the Health Form for your physician to complete. These forms can be found at http://www.camproyal.org/camperinfo.htm

You are the "Ticket Buyer". Enter "1" in the quantity field.
You will need to know the exact name of your sponsoring Rotary Club. It most likely has your "city" or "town" name in it. It is NOT "District 5160" or a person's name. Be sure and be specific. Please don't guess -- be certain!
