Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS). In 2006, their
office, The Granary, was awarded the California Redevelopment

This renovated historical landmark is a bustling environment for modern and conscientious businesses. The Granary is also a popular host site for downtown events such as Earth Day, yoga classes, urban orcharding workshops, and green building tours.
