What you'll learn:

CleanEdison's 5-day BPI Retrofit Installer Training course closely follows the NREL Job Task Analysis for Retrofit Installers. This course includes all of the tasks a retrofit installer technician may perform, as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities required to do these tasks. Topics include: maintaining safe work environment, preparing for the job, installing air sealing measures, identifying electrical and plumbing installation needs, and customer debriefing.

BPI Certification:

This BPI Training course prepares participants to sit for the two-hour 100 question written exam and perform the two-hour field test. A 70% on the written exam and successful completion of the field exam will earn the candidate the nationally recognized BPI Retrofit Installer Certification.
