$270 for the 4-day session if registered by March 15, $300 if registered after March 15 or $75 a day (ages 4-14)
Let’s explore the diverse, flavorful and amazing food of countries in South, Central and North America. We will travel to and cook from the following places; Argentina, Brazil, New Mexico and New Orleans.
April 8- Brazil-Empodhinas Recheio de Camarao (Little Shrimp Pies), Bolinhos De Arroz (Brazilian Rice), Couvea a Mineira (Braised Collard Greens), Abacaxi Com Lagosta Capin Santo (Lobster & Pineapple Soup), Cassava Cake
April 9- New Mexico-Navajo Indian Bread, Chicken Picadillo, Tortilla Soup Con Queso Fresco, Grilled Baby Back Ribs w/Oaxacan Chipotle BBQ Sauce
April 10-New Orleans-Blackened Fish w/Maque Choux, BBQ Shrimp, Beignets, Red Beans & Rice
April 11- Argentina-Carbonada Criolla (Pork & Squash Stew w/ Apricots), Chimichurri Sauce, Plantain Tamales, Arroz de Argentina (Argentine Rice), Honey Cake

Early Drop off offered at 9am for an additional $15 per day
