What you'll learn:
CleanEdison's 8-hour NATE Classes will instill all the knowledge and skills needed to perform comprehensive HVAC installation, repairs and maintenance. The first portion of this course covers the Core Essentials to NATE such as HVAC specific knowledge in safety, tools, soft skills, heat transfer, and electrical systems. The second part of the course is a specialty Knowledge Area of Technician Expertise (KATE), which goes in depth into installations, service, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems. The specialties include: Air Distribution, Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps, and Oil & Gas Heating. The specialty curriculum is stackable, meaning that the student can choose to take all or just one of these portions of the course.

NATE Certification
To become NATE Certified, one must pass the Core Service exam and one specialty examination. This course includes the NATE Core Service Training as well as any of the specialty options.
