This event will help you to understand your own skills and

give you tips to get the best out of those you work with.

This workshop is for anyone whose knowledge and passion has led them from developing an idea or a piece of technology to running their own business, leading a team and needing to inspire, contract with and motivate others.

Specifically the workshop will help you to:

1.     understand other people’s motivation;

2.     develop new ways of working with others;

3.     explore the nature of reward; and

4.     manage the stage of growth from “just you and people like you”.

You will leave with more confidence in your ability to shape your own role in a team as well as to recruit, manage and communicate with the sorts of people required to ensure your innovation is successful.

The workshop will be led by Siân Prime who has over 20 years experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach with hands-on experience of running businesses, delivering business advice and coaching entrepreneurs who are starting up new ventures.  While working with NESTA, Siân developed a scheme to harness strong ideas and turn them into innovative, sustainable businesses.  She has since become an authority in a range of sectors.
