This event will help you to identify the relationships
you need to build with others to develop innovative ideas.
The workshop is for those who want to understand important business relationships for innovation, especially in terms of promises that need to be made, kept and delivered. Specifically, it will help you with the following:
1. Identifying key areas of activity required for you to develop your idea into a sustainable business.
2. Knowing how far your own skills and experience can take you.
3. Understanding where you will need to involve others.
The session will also help you to understand more clearly the activities that can enhance or reduce the profit margin that may come from a new idea.
The workshop will be led by Siân Prime who has over 20 years experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach with hands-on experience of running businesses, delivering business advice and coaching entrepreneurs who are starting up new ventures. While working with NESTA, Siân developed a scheme to harness strong ideas and turn them into innovative, sustainable businesses. She has since become an authority in a range of sectors.
