Kim has worked in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry for over 15 years. She joined Chubb six years ago as Marketing professional, following five years ago as a Commercial Lines marketer with the Liberty Mutual Regional Agency Markets. She spent her time calling on the Columbus and Cleveland markets developing new business and increasing her agency plant. Prior to that, she spent 5 years with the Westfield Companies as an Underwriter for the greater Columbus area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and focuses continuing education on Strategic Sales, Team Building, and Interpersonal Communication.
Kim works closely with her Independent Agency plant training and developing personnel. She focuses on Risk Management for the affluent individual and Family Office’s. She works closely with Wealth Managers, Financial Advisors, Attorney’s, CPA’s and Real Estate Agents in developing partnerships with individuals and organizations both in and out of the insurance industry to enhance the visibility of both Chubb and her agencies.

Mark Sniderman's responsibilities include directing the economic and monetary policy analysis of the Bank and overseeing the production of research publications. He also serves on the Senior Management Committee and the Credit Risk Committee. Dr. Sniderman currently serves as an advisor to a number of government and nonprofit organizations on the topics of education and economic development.
