If you want to innovate and make your ideas a success
you need to get the right people on board.

This event will help you to understand more about how you can get
to the people you need and how to get them to work with you.
The workshop is for those who are already in business or well down the road to starting a business and want to use innovation to help them to grow. Specifically, it will help you to:
1. Think about the kinds of people who need to be involved.
2. Explore ways of getting beyond your existing network.
3. Consider what you can offer people, other than money.
This session will explore the relationship between your capacity to innovate and the people involved in your business.
Siân Prime has over 20 years experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach with hands-on experience of running businesses, delivering business advice and coaching entrepreneurs who are starting up new ventures. While working with NESTA, Siân developed a scheme to harness strong ideas and turn them into innovative, sustainable businesses. She has since become an authority in a range of sectors.
