Small businesses have a proud and rewarding history in the United States. Competing with big business, however, is no small task and small business owners may need to consider and address a variety
of issues which can affect day-to-day operations: employeebenefits, employee health insurance coverage, reporting and disclosure requirements and claims processes. Recent reforms and requirements all contribute
to the complexity of running a small businesses with shifting healthcare coverage laws.

• Transferring strategies with written succession plans
• Customized financial guidance for owners

The Small Business Administration and our resource partners offer a variety of free classes for business owners in our conference room, located at 330 N. Brand Blvd., Suite 1200, Glendale, CA 91203.
