On Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., Four Points by Sheraton LAX, will host “Beer Matchmaker – Tasting & Small Bites” for its February Beer Appreciation Night. Held at Brewster’s Beererie within the hotel, admission is $25 and includes six small plates and tastes such as: Belgian pomme frittes with garlic aioli and Petrus aged pale ale, marinated skewered shrimp with coconut cilantro sauce & sriacha and Kappital ABT 10 trippel, and chocolate rum raisin cake with whipped cream cheese and Samiclaus dark (14%).
