What is design-thinking? What is the advantage of applying this method to entrepreneurship? In this session, we will cover how to use the techniques to fail fast and fail often. By testing an idea as soon as possible and iterating the business model as many times as possible, mistakes are caught early on and the chance of failing completely is kept to a minimum. We will use real-world case studies to bring the material to life.
INSTRUCTOR: Grace is an entrepreneur, designer, and Co-Founder of Lean Startup Machine, in which she trains entrepreneurs around the world in a scientific process to create successful companies. As the youngest practitioner and thought leader on Lean User Experience, Grace has been a featured guest speaker for the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows, and is an instructor for Princeton University, Singularity University, and Wharton School UPenn.
