About the BMW X1

The BMW x1 all-wheel-drive comes with a 2.0 liter turbocharged 240 horsepower engine and an eight speed automatic transmission.   Jet Black exterior with Sand leather interior.  This exciting new model comes with universal garage-door opener, comfort access keyless entry, panoramic moonroof, auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors, auto-dimming rearview mirror, power front seats with driver seat memory, lumbar support, interior mirror with compass.  The BMW x1 also comes with roof rails and heated seats.

The prize is subject to, and the prize winner is fully responsible for, any and all federal, state, and local income or excise taxes; fees; assessment; and like charges associated with the prize. Legal Outreach, Inc. is not responsible for the payment of any taxes or above fees associated with the prize. At the time of this printing, federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values of $5,000 or greater be collected from winners upon award and distribution. The applicable withholding rate is 25%. For example, if the fair market value of the car is $36,000, we will collect from you $9,000, minus the value of the raffle tickets you purchase. If you purchased a ticket for $30, you will provide us with $8,970 ($9,000 minus $30), which we will then remit to the IRS on your behalf. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time prize is claimed will be followed. Participants must be 18 or older to enter the raffle and be eligible for the prize.  Additionally, no person younger than 18 years is permitted to sell tickets. Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. Winner will be notified by first class mail, email, and phone (as provided on the raffle ticket). More than one person may share in the raffle ticket purchase. However, title to the prize shall be taken in the name listed on the ticket stub. Tickets are not transferable or assignable. The winner must claim and accept ownership of the prize within four weeks from the date of drawing or forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Proceeds of the raffle are solely for the benefit of Legal Outreach, Inc. which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of New York.
