With thanks to our meeting sponsor BEA, we're delighted to announce the Auckland Java Community April 2007 meeting.
Ben Alex will be presenting on the Spring Portfolio, which will be of great interest to people interesting in a "big picture" overview of Spring and its associated collection of integrated open source products. Existing users will also hear about the roadmap, as well as some of the portfolio members they aren't already using. Ben presented this topic at the Singapore JUG, Sydney Spring User Group, Melbourne Spring User Group, and the Wellington JUG.
The room will be open from 5:30 pm, with the formal meeting kicking off at 6:00 pm and finishing at approximately 7:00 pm, followed by drinks and refreshments. As usual there is no cost involved, and drinks and nibbles will be provided courtesy of BEA.
You do not need to be an Auckland Java Community member to attend. You simply need to register via this web site, so that we can ensure there is sufficient seating and refreshments for those interested.
Your registration record will not be shared with anyone. We'll only use it to add you to the Australasia Spring Interest list and Auckland Java Community Mailing List (so that you know about future user group meetings and similar events in our region, as well as any potential changes to this event's details).
Please note that registration is on a first-come basis, as seating is limited at this event. Therefore, kindly register ASAP to secure your place. Also, please let us know if you can't attend so that we don't keep your place reserved. Unfortunately late registrations cannot be guaranteed seating, although we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
