Chef Penny Luce, Natural Chef, gradated from Bauman College of Holistic Cooking and brings her craft to ITK in our latest series of Healthy Cooking Classes.  Her experience as a personal chef and caterer shines through in her class recipes which highlights our lower continental neighbors.
