DAY CAMP REGISTRATION FORM
July 23 - 27, 2007, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 pm (see exceptions listed below)
Registration Deadline: July 18 or until filled.
Cost: $125.00
Greetings Parents!
4th & 5th Grade graduates who are entering 5th – 6th grade in September, 2007 are a happy bunch! They are naturally drawn to action-packed, fast-paced activities and thrive on team competition and personal challenges.
Day Camp at Christ Community Church balances action-packed days with well-trained counselor support in a warm, caring and healthy environment. Day Camp is the perfect summer event for upcoming 5th – 6th graders!
Daycampers will host a family BBQ on Friday night (July 27th) from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm. This event will be a great close to an awesome week! The daycampers will present an evening filled with music, food, fun and fellowship for their families!!
You will be mailed an outline of the final itinerary, plus other pertinent information, by the end of June.
WHO:
100 students - 4th & 5th Grade graduates
who are entering 5th – 6th grade in September, 2007.
Campers, 20+ trained and enthusiastic high school counselors and college and adult leaders make up this awesome team!
WHAT:
After a high-energy assembly time, we head out for a full day of activity.
Each day we go somewhere different –Ice Skating, Waterslides, Great America, and more!
WHEN:
Monday through Friday, July 23 - 27, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with two exceptions:
Wednesday, July 25th 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Great America day). Parents pick up their Day Camper at Great America at 8:00 pm in the pick-up parking lot.
Friday Night Family BBQ: We'll play & prep for the BBQ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
What are the fees for such an awesome week?
Surely it must cost a million or more bucks! Only $125.00 includes fees, transportation, crafts, prizes, curriculum, and a very special Day Camp 2007 “LIFEGUARD” t-shirt!
