Speed Cooking for singles, ages 30's & 40's.  Proof of age required 

 This will be a HANDS ON class with 1  woman and 1 man (this may be expanded to 2 women and two men) at each cooking station (6 stations total).  We will learn to make several h'orderves (cranberry meatballs, mini veggie tacos, braded bread) that we will enjoy at the end of the event.  Additionally, we will prepare a dinner entree for two to take home (Bruschetta Chicken Bake, Stuffed Baked Potatoes and Vegetables)

At the end of the event we will sit down and eat the h'orderves that were prepared during the class. You will take home the dinner entree for two.  Space is very limited so please do not wait until the end to try to register.

Beer & Wine
You are welcome to bring your own beer or wine.  For liability reasons, we are unable to provide alcohol for you.

How it works

Each cooking station will have a different h'orderve or entree recipe. 

1 Man and 1 Woman (possibly 2 men and 2 women) will be paired up at a cooking station and will work on preparing the designated h'orderve or entree.  After approximately 15 minutes, the women will rotate clockwise to the next cooking station and then men will rotate counter-clockwise to the next cooking station.  However, prior to rotating, participants can indicate on a  scorecard if you would like to keep in touch with the person (people) you were just paired with.  Turn in your sheet at the end of the night, and we will let them know that you were interested.  (Only emails will be provided).  This is a great way to not only meet eligible singles, but also make some great new friends.  At the end of the event, we will all sit down together and eat the h'orderves that were prepared.  Call with any questions, 718 757 6933.
