Why do Businesses Fail? Get to the root cause. This session will discuss the reasons for business failure and how they can be avoided. Some of the reasons for business failure are; The Business
- Had not carried out enough research.
- Had not clearly identified their target audience.
- Did not target their marketing
- Had not produced a product that would benefit the customer.
- Had insufficient finance.
- Had bad management.
- Had poor financial control.
- Had false belief in business.
- Limited the time spent developing the business.
- Had not recognized their limited ability.

The presenter is Victor Green, a successful serial entrepreneur who has started many businesses in different industries. He will also share his own experiences of why some of his businesses failed and how his failures turned to success. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

It will be a great opportunity to help you learn what investors are looking for when they put money into a business. Be prepared for an exciting session. Victor Green is a serial entrepreneur and has started many businesses and has invested in many others. He will guide you and help you get the best out of your pitch.
