Daniel Speck, one of the three brothers who own Henry of Pelham Winery in Niagara will be in town for Winterlude and has graciously offered to conduct a tasting for the Guild of their latest wines. HoP has recently begun representing some European wineries in addition to their own products. Details are sketchy at this time but Daniel will introduce us to some of these wines and fill us in on all the details.
