Since 1912, business professionals have turned to Dale Carnegie’s powerful books and winning interactive seminars to help them reach new levels of professional and personal success. His teachings continue to be as valid now as when How to Win Friends & Influence People was first written. And while the nature of business may have changed dramatically, the basic principles of human interaction, in essence, remain the same. Based on Dale Carnegie’s classic teachings, this two-hour session will cover the fundamentals for building rapport, from establishing credibility and initiating relationships, to lessons in developing a positive mental attitude to practicing the art of conversation. Critical skills for landing a new job, creating customer loyalty or growing your business.

In her current role as VP of Marketing & Business Development for Froomz, she is responsible for building the company's sales & marketing infrastructure, as well as leading a team in establishing relationships with customers and partners in the event, entertainment, hospitality and tech community. As Trainer for the Sales Advantage Program, she provides 8 weeks of intense tactical coaching to sales professionals from companies like Oracle, Google, Cisco, and SalesForce.
