Reuse Alliance Oregon Chapter Meeting

February's meeting focuses on a discussion of the Repair Cafe concept and connecting people interested in starting a local Repair Cafe. Curiosity about the Repair Cafe model is high, especially among people who heard Kyle Wiens, CEO of iFixit.com, speak about the importance repair plays in the reuse movement at last Fall's ReuseConex. 

Have you heard that the Portland Habitat for Humanity ReStore is moving? Be among the first to see the new store! Our meeting will be held at the ReStore's fabulous new site. You can take a tour and connect with Portland's diverse reuse community during our open networking session, held at the beginning of the evening's events.

Attendance is free, but registration is required. The ReStore will provide complimentary beverages and snacks.

Join other members of the reuse community - including reuse organizations, environmental advocates and businesses - and share ideas for collectively increasing reuse in Portland and beyond through Reuse Alliance Oregon.

Please note that the Portland ReStore can accommodate 60 guests. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis and you can bring up to two guests. Please include any guests when you register, and join us as we continue to connect reuse sectors so that we can all better promote public awareness about the social, economic and environmental benefits of reuse.
