You are invited this Thursday, January 14th from 5pm-1am at Libertine. Come join us for Bloody Bill’s exciting pop-up restaurant experience.  After a month-long hiatus, Bloody Bill returns for a six-week stint every Thursday beginning January 14th.  Celebrity chef William Annesley, aka “Bloody Bill“, may be serving up morcilla with quail eggs, barbecued ribs, bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and tandoori drumsticks with curry fries.  Each week will be a new adventure.  Mixologist Rotten Jeeves will be serving up Haamonii Shochu Ginger Cosmo and the Apache Prickly Pear Lemonade and Michael Della Femina will be running the front of the house.

We hope to see you there!

- Shochu is an ancient Japanese distilled spirit like vodka
but less calories, all natural and smoother
- It is one of the most popular spirits in the world and has exceeded sake consumption for the first time in history in Japan
- Haamonii can be sipped on rocks straight with a splash of
fresh juice, soda, tea or an alternative to vodka
in your favorite cocktails
- Our tradition is to ‘Pour for others, and not self’;
