Nicaragua, El Salvador & Guatemala - Cerviche (Citrus Pickled Seafood Salad), Chicken Tamales in Banana Leaves w/Mint Cilantro Recado Sauce, Ensalada De Palmitos (Hearts of Palm Salad) Chocolate Crepes, Horchata (Rice & Cinnamon Drink).
