Legal Workshop - Top 10 IP Issues for Startups with Tim Ehrlich, Gunderson Dettmer Stough
This legal workshop will address key IP related issues relevant to company formation, securing and protecting IP created by employees and consultants, use of NDAs, ongoing commercialization of company IP, in-licensing (including use of open source software) and key IP issues in venture financings and M+A.
We check all attendee registrations at the door. Please bring a printed or smartphone copy of your EventBrite registration and Harvard student ID if you have registered as a Harvard Student. Attendance will be limited to registered guests and tickets will not be available at the door.
