CleanEdison's Advanced Solar PV Training prepares participants for various PV Installer Certification exams. As the solar industry continues to mature, employers and customers are beginning to expect at least one Certification for installers. Participants in this course will have the opportunity to gain the advanced knowledge needed to stand out as an experienced and qualified photovoltaic installer, business owner, project manager or system design engineer. Electrician or contractor experience is preferred.

This Solar Training is ideal for roofers, electricians, contractors and builders with experience in solar PV installation who want to qualify for various Installer Exams.

What you'll learn:

CleanEdison's 40-hour intensive 5-day Advanced Solar PV Training course covers a wide range of topics, including current industry standards for photovoltaic system design and installation best practices. The Advanced Solar Panel Installation Training teaches individuals how to integrate solar PV modules, design installations and components, and how to properly tie a system to the grid. This course is taught by highly qualified professional NABCEP Certified Installers and ISPQ Certified Solar Instructors.

Course prerequisites:

You must have at least one of the following:

• One or more years of solar industry or electrical experience
• Completion of CleanEdison Entry Level Training AND registration for 1-day hands-on Training the day before the Advanced course begins

If you do not meet the prerequisites for Advanced Solar PV, please register for the Solar PV Mastery course instead.
