Event Details

The Infrastructure Academy invites you to an evening at Fox Studios to watch HOME, an amazing film that illustrates humanity’s impact on the delicate ecological balance of the planet.  The evening will also provide an opportunity to learn about the environmental education curriculum and green jobs programs of the Infrastructure Academy.

HOME by Yann Arthus-Bertrand

Thirty years in the making, 217 days of filming over 3 years, spanning 54 countries, and produced at a cost of $13 million, HOME was filmed entirely by air and portrays the beauty and diversity of life on Earth.  Director Yann Arthus-Bertrand, who also produced the book Earth From Above and has received many awards and accolades for his work in promoting environmental awareness, tells the story of our home planet.  He evocatively illustrates humanity’s impact on the delicate ecological balance of the planet and offers  solutions to our environmental challenges.

Filmmaker Yann Arthus-Bertrand

Please join the Infrastructure Academy as we watch this beautiful movie and present HOME Director Yann Arthus-Bertrand with this year’s Environmental Leader Award.  This film sets the stage for the work of the Infrastructure Academy whose young people are taking action to preserve the planet while engaging in the green economy.

This event is free to attendees but an RSVP (including names of guests) is necessary!  See you there!
