Angel Therapy Class

Angels are all around us. Do you talk to your angels? Do you listen to them? Are you aware of the various ways and signs they send to communicate to you and through you? Together we will share the profound experiences of having angels in our lives and how we can become more aware of their presence.

In this angelic yoga practice, we will move effortlessly through a delicately laid out flow practice accompanied by angelic sounds from voices and instruments which strum our souls. “When students leave my class, they all the say the same thing. ‘I feel like I just had a full body massage!’ Add the aspect of sweet angelic energy and presence and your soul will feel lifted and grateful.”

Karen teaches with a genuine concern and care for her student’s well-being. Her understanding of the body’s mechanics and flow of energy is present in each thoughtful direction and suggestion she offers. On and off the mat, her enthusiasm for the practice, as well as her daily routine and family experience, is evident. Karen has taught yoga for nine years and is E- RYT500 certified. She owns RosaYoga in Tucson and has taught at the Yoga Alliance Conference in Palm Springs, The Flagstaff Yoga Festival, The Big Breathe in San Diego, and at various regional workshops and retreats.  For the seasoned practitioner, she leads with options of expanding and enhancing the learned practice. For those who are new to the practice, she is a wonderful “first teacher” due to her welcoming attitude, safe strategies, and thoughtful descriptions. She says that her class is moderate for most, easy for some, and challenging for others.   Her soon-to-be-published book, Just in Time, shares stories about the synchronicity in life and joy of staying connected to those who have passed on.  

 A writer, teacher, artist, nature lover, orchid grower, and Broadway enthusiast.
