Learn how to script, structure, record and edit successful video tutorials in this interactive, hands-on workshop! Drawing from lynda.com tutorial creation model as inspiration, you will learn the best way to organize “big ideas” into smaller, digestable chunks of information. Come to this workshop with an idea of something you’d like to show the world, and leave with a polished product! We will use Screenflow as the screen capture software for this workshop.

Interested in this workshop? Great! We just want to make sure you're ready to go. This workshop expects that all participants have a good working knowledge of:
• Mac navigation techniques
• Mac OSX folder hierarchy
• Internet browser navigation techniques
If you need a refresher or are new to Macs, we strongly recommend that you first take our one-hour "Jumpstart Your Tech" class, which covers techniques on operating your Mac, as well as smart browser management. After that, you should be set to tackle many of our more technology-based courses.

To ensure that participants get the most from our programs, the CiTE now categorizes our offerings by designating the levels of technological knowledge and skill for which the program has been designed.

This workshop has been designated as:

Aspiring: Open for all levels of skill and experience
