Corned Beef Brisket

Learn to make corned beef with Rod Rehwinkel, Prepared Foods Manager at City Market and former executive chef at the Basin Harbor Club. Corned beef is salt-cured then slowly oven braised for a traditional New England St. Patrick’s Day meal. To complement our corned beef, we will make New England-style new potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. This is a great class for anyone new to cooking with local, grass-fed beef or interested in techniques for getting wonderful flavors out of more economical cuts of meat.
