Topics to be covered will include: what is meaningful programming? what is current trend in programming? how does it differ from might be meaningful? why is it the way it is?

timeslips approach - (in miniature)as a base to use for creative exploration

building timeslips into larger programming over time 

example of new project (i-lands of Milwaukee)

post-questions: what can artists do that is unique in these settings? What are barriers to integration of artists and care staff in these efforts?
