Brian Richard will be talking about Lease Options. Sharing stories of deals in the USA and UK and give people a chance to be forewarned of the sort of problems to watch out for that can occur and do occur in the US. He is currently doing a lot of portfolio work so is in an unusual position to be dealing in large numbers of options. Brian will discuss how to approach, negotiate and structure deals and when to use an option -v- a purchase contract/long stop.
