What really happens at the parenting class divorcing couples are required to attend before they can get divorced in Massachusetts? What do they learn through the class? Perhaps more importantly, what things are they discussing and thinking about?

Come hear from two experienced parenting course leaders as they give us a look inside the mandatory class.

Faculty:
David L. Seaquist, Ph.D. - David is a counseling psychologist with extensive experience in university, community and private practice settings. A member of the Divorce Center since 1990 and a past president, he was one of the first instructors in the MA mandated course for divorcing parents, and guided the Center's involvement in the program from its beginnings on 1995 through 2004.

Michele Diamond, LICSW - Ms. Diamond is a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adults and other family members with respect to divorce and stepfamily issues. She is a member of the Divorce Center Board of Directors and is the coordinator for its parent education program.
