Corporate Greed with Prof. Stewart Hamilton

Professor Stewart Hamilton is a very engaging and entertaining speaker. He will be speaking on the topic of his recently published a book - Greed and Corporate Failure: The Lessons From Recent Disasters. He has been a tremendous favorite when he has spoken at Alumni events in Europe and we are very pleased to have him.

Stewart Hamilton will talk about the main themes in his book, Greed and Corporate Failure: the lessons from recent disasters, discuss the implications for Boards and audit committees and argue why Sarbanes-Oxley is not the answer to recent problems and suggest what else needs to be done. He will look at cases from around the world, and how other countries are reacting. He will also identify where he believes the next lot of major failures will come from unless steps are taken now.

This event is $20 to paid club members and $30 to non-members and their guests. You must register in advance for this event by April 4th.

Alumni and guest registration begins at 6:45. The Presentation starts at 7:00 followed by a questions and answer period and cocktails.
