In the film If these Halls Could Talk, eleven students from various colleges and personal backgrounds share what makes it unsafe for them in the classroom and what it is like to be a minority or an immigrant on a predominantly white campus. The film exposes issues of trust and distrust amongst one another, with other students and college staff/faculty.  Following the film screening, a special diversity dialogue will be hosted by director Lee Mun Wah, known for facilitating interpersonal conflicts and diversity issues mindfully and transformatively in the classroom.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

If you are reserving a CSUSM Student Ticket, or purchasing a Faculty/Staff ticket you must bring your ticket and CSUSM ID to be admiited to this event.

Note: If ticketholders are not seated five minutes prior to the beginning of the performance, Arts & Lectures reserves the right to offer that seat to another guest.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

For directions to CSUSM visit http://www.csusm.edu/guide/
Complimentary Parking will be available in  LOT N. Look for directional signs to parking once you arrive on campus.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, but only within the same ticket type.
For example, a student can tranfer their ticket to another CSUSM student with valid CSUSM ID.
CSUSM Faculty/Staff can transfer their ticket to another CSUSM Faculty/Staff with valid CSUSM ID.
General Public can transfer their ticket to anyone.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes or bring a SMART Phone to show your online ticket barcode. Note that tickets will not be sold at the door.
