HR 2.0: Dealing with Fast Growth Tech
February 20, 2013
Where: Startup HQ – 880 Harrison Street. San Francisco. 94107
Hosted By: NCHRA, MitchelLake and WonderWorks Consulting
We are going through a time of growth in the Tech Industry that has been seen only a few times in history. What has worked for other companies in the past may not be relevant to yours. You are more interested in how a company like Facebook or LinkedIn dealt with their company culture as they doubled and tripled in growth year over year. Would you like to meet HR professionals that are going through the same growth experiences, to learn what is working for them and what type of pitfalls to avoid?
If you can identify with this important subject and want to connect with your peers, this event is for you. Join us at Startup HQ on February 20th as we bring together HR professionals in growing Tech companies from all over the Bay Area for a night of networking and sharing of best practices. Learn from industry experts as we have assembled an amazing panel to discuss some of the hottest topics in HR for rapidly growing tech companies. Topics discussed include:
- Top 10 Modern HR practices that every growth company should institute
- Tips for partnering with Management to raise EQ awareness and skills
- How to work with marketing to create a strong internal brand and communication to employees
- How to set up your companies operating system and governance structure to support the innovation, growth and sustainable practices
- The best techniques and tools to hire the best talent for your company
- Many more...
