Healthy Cooking Class 3

Our 3rd class explores the world of spices and herbs used to elevate your metabolism. Using household ingredients, we'll create mouthwatering dishes that makes healthy delicious.
Mulligatawny Soup - Full of spices and vegetables, this soup literally mean "Pepper Water" and jumps starts your digestion.
Saag Paneer - A classic dish of spinach and cheese where we'll substitute the Paneer with tofu.
Channa Dal Masala - Lentils offers plenty protein. Combined with and tumeric, ginger, coriander and more, the flavors build up to a pleasing symphony of flavors.
Quinoa Cauliflower Pulao - A simple dish using great ingredients with coriander and its plant offspring cilantro.
Basmati Rice with Cinnamon and Cloves - Spices are categorized into various groups under the principles of Ayurveda. Cinnamon and Cloves are considered warming spices and perfumes the rice with its aroma.
Cost is $65 for a single class or $300 for the series. Class begins at 6:30pm and last for approximately 2 hours.
