This was the type of feedback I would receive when I began to inquire about the best way to butcher a chicken.  After many different attempts, we have finally found the most humane, least messy way to butcher a chicken.

This workshop is most definitely hands-on.  If you’re a chicken owner, this class would be very helpful when you have too many roosters or a bunch of old hens who are no longer productive.  This workshop begins with how to catch a chicken or rooster all the way to placing the bird in the roaster for the oven.  I do skin my birds meaning, I don’t pluck feathers!
