CMS will conduct this workshop via a Webinar.  All you need is a computer with an Internet connection (preferably high-speed Internet) and a telephone.  Space is limited, so please register early.  CMS will e-mail instructions on how to access the Webinar the day before the workshop to those who registered for it.
