The City of San Antonio, Aviation Department and Capital Improvements Management Services, seeks Statements of Qualifications from general contractors interested in  providing pre-construction and construction phase services by way of a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for a Consolidated Rental Car (CONRAC) Facility/Other Landside Facilities (Project No. CIMS010213CG) that will provide ground/air transportation interface and include consolidated rental car facilities, public parking and related infrastructure for the San Antonio International Airport. 

 

 

 

A Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at  The Little Carver, Conference Room, located at 226 N.
