Presented by: Charles Dargan, CPA ,Founder, and CEO of CFO 911 Solutions

Workshop is designed to help the participants find where their cash is coming from and where their cash is going. Charles Dargan, has 25+ years in business as a CFO and has created this tool as a “plug and play” mode for those who want a simplified method of managing cash.

Businesses get into trouble when the owners or managers try and use a short cut to cash. How many times has this sentence been uttered, “I don’t know why I don’t have any cash, I made a net profit?"

This workshop was developed to help track cash in the four areas of any business;

  1. Profit and Loss
  2. Working Capital
  3. Capital Expenditures
  4. Financing

Parking will not be validated.
