Entrepreneur School is a face to face networking event that combines business networking with business education. So many businesses fail because many Entrepreneurs lack the necessary knowledge and business skills required to help them navigate, at times, perilous and unforgiving journey of being in business. If Entrepreneurs knew what they would have to give up in pursuing their dreams before they started, would they have actually started their business? Entrepreneur School can have an impact on business success rates by providing a unique opportunity for Entrepreneurs and business owners to build an extended support network of like-minded people whilst gaining valuable skills.
We already have a number of Network members who have put themselves forward to act as an Entrepreneur School Leader and during the next three months we plan to have up to 20 ES locations across the UK with Chelmsford being the ES HQ.
We welcome you to join us at the Entrepreneur School Dorking and experience something fresh and exciting which will add real value to your business.

Event Speaker Charles Moore

Before starting Automated Marketing Systems, Charles spent 17 years in the world's leading investment bank as a Vice President in Bond Portfolio Analysis, generating over 7 Billion dollars over a 10-year period. He provided technical analysis using state-of-the-art technologies and developed and delivered training to high-level producers within the organization across the UK, Europe and the Far East.
His passion for technology and the internet along with his desire to help "the little guy" led to the development of Automated Marketing Systems. Charles recognized that small business owners typically needed help with the three most critical activities in business: Lead Generation, Lead Conversion and Client Fulfillment. He also knew that keeping the solution simple would give small business owners the edge in growing their businesses.
Charles is an Act certified consultant and reseller, a member of the Mastermind Marketing Consultants Group, and a reseller for Northwoods, Swiftpage email and Activator.

“The System is the Solution. You’ve gotta become a Systems Thinker.”
When it comes right down to it, an organization is actually nothing more than an organization of systems. In running his own business, Charles quickly came to realize that the three business activities that he had to get right to produce income and grow, were to do with Generating Leads, Converting Leads, and Client Fulfillment (building customer loyalty).
The objective of this session is for him to share with you what he has learnt about creating a system to manage these three business activities. We will cover:

If 90% of Businesses Fail Why Will You Succeed? with Robert Copping of Sightpath
People who set up their own business tend to be well-motivated and usually have talent or expertise in their field, yet the failure rate is drastically high.
To succeed at running your own business is clearly a difficult task. Surveys of successful businesses have found that a common factor in their success is Business Planning.
Unfortunately, small businesses are faced with an awkward choice:
The result is that most small businesses do very little business planning, which must contribute to the high failure rate.
Robert will introduce an alternative approach to help ensure our businesses succeed!

Raw Business was the brain child of Bradley Chapman who has had many years of business experience and has enjoyed both the ups and downs of being in business. Like many business owners and entrepreneurs, Bradley has seen his fair share of adversity and continues to fight for UK Entrepreneurs and their businesses.
His idea was to create a web site that helped UK Entrepreneurs and business people. The original web site www.millionimpossible.com was created by Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs. The business was started from scratch with a limited capital investment but with the dream of creating the UK’s largest Honest Entrepreneur Network. The business has faced massive amounts of adversity like many start-up business.
The website now has thousands of members and has successfully launched Entrepreneur School from their Chelmsford Head Office location.
Raw Business also has a business publishing arm and has now successfully publishes on line and printed editions of their business and entrepreneur magazine titled "Raw Business Magazine" which features interviews with high profile entrepreneurs such as Duncan Bannatyne, Rachel Elnaugh, Doug Richard, Max Clifford and Levi Roots whilst focusing on grass roots businesses and entrepreneurs through topical editorial and it’s regular columnists and contributors who are specialists in their field offering advise and support.
Raw Business has started designing their global website which should be ready for an early 2010 launch with the aim of positively bringing the Global Entrepreneurial Business Community together, engaging International Trading and encouraging World Wide Entrepreneurial Innovation.
The aim of Entrepreneur School is to combine face to face networking within a business training environment so that start-ups and established businesses can gain full and comprehensive knowledge about being in and running a business as well as what it takes to be successful, learning and meeting new contacts that they can utilise along their journey.
The lessons presented at each Entrepreneur School are published on the Raw Business website here and allows both Raw members and the wider business community, access to a library of material which is sure to help them and their business.
