This special workshop is a time for siblings of individuals with Down syndrome (sorry, no parents) to gather together to enjoy a time of games, activities, a light snack* and sharing the good, and the sometimes not-so-good moments of having a sibling with Down syndrome.
This special group is led by Catherine Whitcher, M. Ed who is a highly respected IEP consultant and also a "Super sib" to her own brother with Down syndrome.

GiGi's Playhouse is a non-profit awareness and activity center for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. The Playhouses provide support and programs that encourage ones' talents, including social, developmental, mentoring and literacy. All programs are designed to give each participant a sense of pride and accomplishment.
